i have juice to the motor but motor will not run

electric 220v ingersol rand replaced preasure switch checked current to the motor the motor is not siezed.

Ray, are you able to check that, when the cut in pressure level in the tank is reached, that current actually flows through the switch to the motor?

If it does, and assuming that there is no mechanical impediment to the compressor starting, I would look to the motor starter next.
