Not really sure how old it is. Got it (new) mid-late 70's?

What I need is to replace the broken plastic control knob to regulate pressure. Is this what I'm looking for?

The regulator itself is fine, just can't adjust pressure with the knob assembly broken. I can push it in by hand and get it to build pressure but no way to hold it there.

I can grab a better pic if needed but the broken control knob is just below the two gauges.

Gary, I doubt if you'll find a new knob easily.

What you can get easily is a new regulator with knob, and that's what I would do to fix this issue.
