I have a 6 gallon 3 hp air compresser and it runs until it to about 60 pounds it stops...

I have a 6 gallon 3 hp air compresser and it runs until it to about 60 pounds it stops and trys to start again and blows the breaker

When the breaker trips i can't turn the fan when it cools i can turn the fan again.the compressor is hot.
