i got a air comprossor right now iam using it for inflate tyres, spry painting etc/ is it possible to modifie the same to wash trucks with a high pressure water. and how?

Yes, I guess it's possible to pump water from a tank with compressed air.

Your water tank has to be rated for the pressure that the air will generate.

Pump air into the top of the tank through a fitting, and plumb your water from the bottom of the tank.

Keeping the tank filled might be an issue.
