I changed the gauges and now it will not turn on,

I changed the gauges and had to undo the black and white wires (2 of each) and now it will not turn on.

I'm sure sorry you are having a problem. I'm having one too! I have no idea why changing the gauges would require you to take any wires off, as they are pneumatically, not electrically, operated on most air compressors.

If you are talking about the pressure switch wires, look under the cap of the switch. Often the wiring diagram is there.
