When it just stopped, was it compressing air? What air pressure did it reach when it stopped?

When you shut off the power to the compressor at the panel, and then turn the power back on, does anything happen?

If not, what is the pressure in the tank?

Try shutting off the power, and bleeding the tank pressure to zero and then turning the power back on. Anything happen?
