Husky air compressor does not build up pressure

hello guys i have the husky compressor the horizontal one.
serial i belief is the wl651003aj.
in my case my compressor turn on but does not build up pressure and the gauge does not read any pressure. everything is hook up correctly. i don't see any malfunction. so what it could be ?
