How to replace my Husky WL660500AJ drive belt?

I have a 22Gal. Husky model WL660500AJ air compressor. I need to replace

the drive belt. I removed the cowl, the handle, and revealed the pulley and piston mechanism. I don't see how to get a new belt put back on the
drive pulley and motor gear without dissembling the shaft from the pulley and motor. Is there a way to do this that is not evident? Thanks.

I can't find a decent drawing for this model, but generally, there is enough clearance to slip it on without taking it apart.

So, look again. No luck? Put it down and look again next day. That sometimes helps.

Still nothing - well there's probably a simple minimal disassembly to get it on.

Good luck.
