How to put pressure switch spring back?

I have an air compressor that has issues turning off. There is a small L or V shaped spring that has come out from its moorings? Is it possible to get an assembly diagram to find the correct moorings for this spring? This spring appears to hold the electrical contacts together to make the compressor operate.

Hello Stephen... you are speaking of a spring that is inside your compressor pressure switch?

Since you don't identify the brand of pressure switch, I suggest you use that brand name as an internet search for specifics on that pressure switch.

In North America I have never been able to find a source for compressor pressure switch parts for the entry level air compressors, as new switches are in the $30-$40 range, rendering the repair a questionable process once time and materials are factored in.
