How to check the requirment of cfm for a equipment or a plant

I have 4 compressor & capcity 1395 cfm & I am facing too much air pressure drop frequently . we are operating compressor at 6 to 6.8 bar pressure.
I would like to now how to check the air requirment for a equipment / plant .
In machine manual we coldt get the required cfm .

sizing your air compressor. If you haven't the time or not capable of determining the flow requirements for the various air-using equipment in your plant, then I suggest you contact an engineering firm to do an air audit for you.
There is no short cut. You need to understand the flow and pressure demands of all of your equipment, recognize that you'll get about 4 CFM of compressed air at 90 PSI for every HP of compressor motor your compressor has, and if that's not enough air, you need a higher production compressor.
You might also check with the local industrial compressor suppliers to see if they offer an air use audit service.
