How to calculate cost of 1 unit of CFM?.

Hi,

Here is my doubt.

I am using Pnuematic Nut runners which consume .9CFM for Tightening operation.So Total cost used for the power if i have th compresor specifications.
Whar are the losses to reduced to get an optimum cost/CFM of air generated.
