How to calcualte pressurisation of structure in case of failure of pipe

i would like to know how to calculate the effect of catastrophic failure (double ended) of compressed air pipeline on increase in inside pressure of leak tight building maintained at slightly negative pressue w.r.t atmosphere?

What will be the velocity of air coming out of failed pipe? How to calculate the same?

How to calculate rate of rise of pressure in the above building?

Can anyone help me on the above.
