How old is my Rand 3000 and what maintenance

My husband installed a Rand 3000 after the death of its original owner died at least 20 years ago.

The unit works well. No leaks. No complaints except a minor condensation drip.

HOWEVER, my husband died almost four years ago and it hasn't been drained or maintained since. How old is this monster? What do you suggest I do first?

You can check that the tank is drained - there's a valve near the bottom you can open (you may find it already thus).

The minor drip is probably from the after-cooler (looks like a radiator, which is what it is), and is normal.

Otherwise, not much you can do but keep it dusted off or covered.

That's a nice machine, and parts are still available, so you might consider selling or donating it. Probably worth at least a couple grand, even if the tank is shot.

Can you take some pictures, preferably with a ruler or something for scale?
