HL410100 powers out

I have a Campbell Hausfeld model HL410100. Had it for a couple of years. Never really used steady.

The other day it started to run and just didn't sound right, like it was laboring. Even at lower air pressures sounded like was working hard and at 75psi the motor acted as if it locked up. Still on just buzzed, like any electric motor whose load is more that it can handle.

When off motor and compressor rotate freely.....I don't know what the problem is. Release the air down to about 50 psi and runs again till up to about 75-80, sometimes 100psi the motor stops and buzzes. Its like its pressure locked but as to how or why....help!
