The reset button has no pressure and cannot be reset

Typically, the reset button is an electrical device, and is in the compressor electrical circuit to cut power of the motor is overheating. I don't know of any reset buttons that are air related.
So, since I really have no idea about your air compressor reset, since you don't include any model or size information, and you don't provide any other compressor symptoms, I suggest you visit the Troubleshooting section on the site map page, and follow the links to the pages that relate the reasons as to why an air compressor won't start. After doing those checks, if you have a specific scenario, do, please, post another question with as many details as you can about the compressor.
