High air end temperature

Reasons and remedy for high air end temperature please.

the compressor details
electric motor driven single stage screw compressor
maker : ingresoll rand
model : ssr- ep/75

probes are not faulty
temp itself is 102 deg centigrade at the air end.
ambient temp is 45 deg
comp is 5 years old

You note that the air end has higher than normal temps. What is the norm? That's important to know.

If air flow is restricted in some fashion, friction will create heat. Worn elements (increased friction) create heat.

What does your spec sheet say about normal operating temperatures?

Your question is really best answered by a tech service person from I.R. as there are too many variables to be accurately diagnosed with limited info.
