I am told the compressor dates back to the 1960's or 1970's. There are no makings on the pump or tank. The motor is 1/2 HP. The labels on the compressor are from other automotive products so they are of no help. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

TX 0002 Hp CH 2 air compressor
The pulley is 19-3/8

I have a compressor that has been sitting in my shop for many years and no one knows who the manufacturer is. The only numbers on it are the following:

TX 0002 Hp CH 2 is raised lettering on the pump body
PU 0077 is on the pulley
TX 10040 is on a metal tag attached to the pump body
TF 18 on a valve head finned part at the base

The pulley is 19-3/8" in diameter

Pump ID
by: david

I have the same pump on a 10hp compressor
made by Ram Air. Was sold by Snap On in late 80's.
I've got a broken crank in mine. Not sure if parts available. Looks similar to newer pumps by CH.
