Help identifying an unknown compressor?

Hi again Bill, many thanks for answering my oil question, just a couple more for you.
I salvaged a compressor from a barn clearance near me and took it home, it needed a new regulator, new wheels, oil change and filter, and a good clean and some fresh paint.
It is a 3 hp with a 200 litre tank...seems to be very solidly built and runs great. The name on the tank was ...."Dyna Power"....did some googling but drew a blank....can you help?
One more, what is the little circle shaped cover above the sight glass for???Also i filled the oil just above the red dot in the sight glass, not sure if this was correct or not as I don't know the oil capacity....any ideas?
Thanks in anticipation
Martin.

Bill responds...Hi Martin. Welcome back!
I hope that a reader can help you identify the source for your "Dyna Power" compressor. I don't recognize the brand.
You've done a really nice job with the clean up. Congrats.
Regarding"the little circle shaped cover above the sight glass" I copied your photo and blew it up to try and see what you're talking about. Unfortunately, the resolution is such that making the photo larger only pixiliated it, and I couldn't see to what you refer. Can you do a close up and email it?
On my compressor, the sight glass has a red dot in the middle as well, and my specs say to fill to the middle of the red dot. I'm betting that your manual, if you had one, would say the same.
Cheers,
Bill
