I cant seem to find replacement parts for my Snap-On S560V air compressor. I found a broken spring on my intake valve and would like to replace the valve plates, springs and gaskets. Any suggestions? Pic attached

Snap On S560V

FYI, To the best of my knowledge (since 1987) Snap On has never used IR units. back then they used four different builders. Ram Air, out of business and mainly used Campbell pumps (USA). Air Source, out of business, mainly used Schulz pumps (Brazil). Dee-Blast, went away from compressors, mainly used Schulz pumps (Brazil). Brama, bought by Sleegers 2009, mainly used Chinook pumps (Italy). The unit S560V most likely has a Schulz 20SD pump. The parts for the pump are still available from Schulz in Acworth, Ga.

FYI, to my knowledge (since 1987) Snap On has never used IR units. Back then there were four companies making the units. DeeBlast- Air Source- Ram Air and Brama. Ram air used mainly cambell hausfeld pumps (USA), Dee blast and Air source used Schulz pumps (Brazil) and Brama used mainly chinook pumps (Italy). The S560V most likely had a 20SD pump. The parts are still quite available, seems you have never really talked to someone who truly knows compressors. In the world of small compressors (under 20hp) the name brand is irrelevant, what matters the most is who made the pump and motor, most all other parts are universal.

Snap-on Compressors

Good day guys, My belt started slipping and quit pullin last night, And I remembered researching for parts when I bought my compressor..

Snap-on buys IR (Ingersoll/Rand) Compressors and puts there name and price tag on them. Same design, Same parts, Same compressor, Just a different color... Don't let the name mislead you, They don't build compressors lol.

Everything you may need can be bought from IR.

Yea!

Sucks they don't have parts for you, but good to see you made it work.

I fixed it

I called a bunch of compressor shops, Snap-On Dealer and places that sell compressor parts and no luck. I went to Napa Auto parts bought a sheet of gasket material and cut my own. Then I used an Edelbrock Carb spring to replace the broken spring, put it together and it works!

Ive done countless searches online with no luck, even the Snap-On website. I will call my old tool dealer and see what he says.
