hai this is babu i have an issue with our compressor, the cut -in problem

i am facing the cut-in problem with our compressor, the cut-off is perfect but cutting-in is not stable. initially it is ok for 3 to 4 hrs but afterwards the compressor is cutting -in at 6.5 bar switch is calibrated no problem with the switch please give me the solution for this

Hello choudary. As far as I am concerned, if your cut in pressure level is fluctuating, it is the pressure switch that is the problem.

It may be calibrated alright, but it might also be failing, which would account for the variation in the cut in pressure levels.
