gas powered compressor - can I mount it sideways?

I have a gas powered 15hp 30 gallon compressor in an enclosed trailer. Is it ok to mount it up against the wall of the trailer or can I have it at a 90 degree angle to the wall sideways?

Hmmmm? Interesting question.

I don't think that the air compressor cares what orientation its mounted in as long as you have taken into account the necessity of supply air source, exhaust gas issuance, stabilization to ensure that it doesn't get bounced around in transit.
