Verlin, if the motor shaft is turning, and the drive shaft to the compressor pump is not, then it is reasonable to think that the pump is the problem.

There isn't enough information in your post to try and offer a diagnosis, and, it seems to me that a 150 HP Gardner Denver compressor problem will likely need more than a bit of advice from a website.
