I have a GS30, compressor will not load and I have oil in air filter breather container when I shut the compressor down.

Have checked and cleaned loader/unloader, the separator element is good, I have oil in air
breather box when I shut the compressor down.

Have you checked the Y1 solenoid valve?

When you did "loader/unloader" that included the inlet valve?

Unloader

You need to get a service kit and not just clean the Inlet valve (Unloader) The Inlet valve sounds like it has become "Lazy" so not closing quickly enough when shutting down, hence throwing oil up into the air filter. Providing that you always shut down the compressor with the stop button and not the Emergency stop then your problem should be solved
