forgot to put the oil in my 2 hp 8 gal 125 psi central pneumatic compressor

What parts need replaced?
It ran fine for about 15 min then died first time I used it.

Erik, did you add oil? Are you saying that the compressor will not start now? You overheated the compressor, and maybe did damage, yet when it cooled down, and properly lubed, it may have survived.

I need more information about the condition of your compressor now, and what happens when you plug it in.
