Fluid Force Rotary Vane Oil 2000Hr

This is vertical type model rotary vane compressor brand Hydrovane, 22kW. Since in the beginning till now we always has a issue on oil level low due to heavy usage for production at the customer place.They are cable manufacturer and the location of the compressor near with cooling tower.Some party claim its due to the corrosion water at the cooling tower which cause the compressor oil to become sludge and tacky and the cooling tower water is not a brine water.

The ambient temperature shows 35 to 38 degrees and the compressor will off load sometimes and load again.The working temperature always shows at 90 to 92.7 degress.Should be below 88 degrees.
Will the cooling tower water can cause the oil to become sludge?

I've attach a photo evidence capture shows on the condition of the unloader valve section top of the compressor.

Hello Rajindran. I am happy to post your compressor oil problem for comment by readers.

My advise is to talk to Hydrovane, since they are the manufacturer of the compressor, and would, presumably, have experience with oil problems on their units.
