emglo airmate AM78 HC4 serial# 080296299 won't restart under pressure

My compressor starts fine and runs up to 125 lbs. It will not restart when reaching low pressure set point. It will hum and pop the breaker. Otherwise it has been a great tool for many years. It will restart when pressure get to 0.
