what size wire to run with 5 hp motor single piston pump 60 gal tank at 200 psi thanks

Hey Nick.

You are supplying 220 VAC to the motor, so the wire gauge will depend on the distance from the panel / source to your plug.

The big box stores will have a chart that will tell you the gauge you need based on the distance the wire has to run.
