Draining pipes in our cabin for the winter

We need to purchase a new air compressor to drain the pipes in our cabin (actually, a lodge)in Maine for the winter. It is a large building with 4 bathrooms and two kitchen sinks. I have read many different recommendations for the number of CFM and the PSI we will need to do this job, so am confused about which compressor we need. Can you give us an idea of what we need?

Sure. I've moved your question to the right section. See the pages on blowing out sprinkler lines. The same information applies to draining plumbing.
