dirty foaming oil in (abac) belaire combi compressor

I have a (abac) belaire combi 2 15hp rotary screw model# bc15255.

the gallon of oil says bluelube461 but cannot locate the proper oil.

The oil is old but should there be air in the oil lines and also lots of foaming in the oil resivor tank?

I recommend you contact Abac (www.abac.co.uk) to determine what oil you should be using in your conmpressor.

I don't know what blue lube 461 is, but if it is not clearly labelled as a compressor lubrication product, then it likely has additives (like detergents) in it, that might be the cause of the foam.

If you cannot contact Abac, then find a local distributor of rotary screw air compressors and use their premium oil in your compressor.
