Dayton Speedair compressor

Where can I find out the value of a Dayton air compressor? Any info is appreciated.

Bill says...

Knowing the HP of the motor, and the size of the storage tank would help value your compressor.

Go to the local big box stores and check out their compressors. Find one that's close to the size you have.

Depending on the condition of yours, I would expect that you might (and that's a big might) get 1/2 the cost of new... but if it were me buying a new, small, shop compressor, I'd pick up new for a couple of hundred dollars rather than risking aggravation by buying a used one.

Just my .02 worth!

Cheers, and thanks for writing in.
