davey MC7 has no air pressure

I have a davey MC7 compressor and oil is coming out of the air intake for the air compressor. Air pressure obviously is at a minimum. What could be wrong and where would I get parts to repair it?

Make sure you have the right amount of oil in the compressor. Make sure the air valve on the control valve is open after start up and that the air pressure valve is adjusted to what pressure you need.

Could be a bad separator gasket or maybe the bleeder valve on top of the separator is open after startup or a bad o-ring under the air pressure gauge on separator.

Good luck on finding parts. I would strongly suggest getting a CD on this and $35.00 and you are going to be looking at a minimum charge at most all parts places.

Your best bet is the go to Alamo Aircraft for parts for parts, having the NSN - national stock number is a big help along with the part number. I thing most of the parts inventory were bought up by the big aircraft parts houses.

You really have to spend a lot of time on the computer to get the parts and some are just not available any more. I have good luck on 0-rings going to a good size hydraulic repair place.

Think you need a manual.

Look here:

for starters.
