Cuts off around 80 PSI and will not restart

I have a craftsman 921.16470 26 GAL 1.5HP Oil free direct drive it will start normally and build up to about 80PSI and then just shut off as it would if it were full (150PSI cut out)and not restart as pressure drops even if I empty the tank.

if I turn it off and wait about 10-20 min it will run again and usually get to the cut off pressure but will not restart after the cut in pressure (120 PSI).

I attempted to test the capacitors using the guide on this site and "think" I did it correctly and both tested good. I also checked the wiring from the pressure switch after it cut off and I have power coming in and going out of the switch.

Sounds like the motor is quitting due to over current and/or overheating.

Has anything in the power supply changed? Is it getting full voltage both when off and running? Can you check the current while it is running?
