craftsman 919125250 won't build pressure is it disposable?

Anybody got an ideal about my compressor not compresing. 5.5 25gal tank oiless. Any replacement parts or disposable?

First off, when you plug it in, does it run?

If it is running, what is the pressure in the tank when it starts, and does this pressure change at all?

Lets start with answers to these questions, and we'll see if we can help figure it out.
