Craftman 150 Psi Max 4stat 3hp 15gal 4.9scfm 40psi3.5 120volt want start?

Auto swith engaged have checked to make sure receiving proper volts which it is but does not turn on.

Ralph, you say that you are getting power. Is that power getting past the pressure switch to the motor? In other words, has the pressure switch tripped on?

Did you try emptying the tank of all air before trying to start the air compressor?
