Tube strength

Burst strength shouldn't be a problem.

Copper
by: Anonymous

Thought about that but wasn't sure if soft copper was strong enough for 160 psi or the correct diameter

I will look into it further

Yes even knowing better i still make that forget the nut or shrink tube before fastening
Thanks Again

Go to your plumbing store and find the same size tube in copper. Either rent, buy or use the flare tool that you have to make the flare.

Make sure that you put the fitting on the copper tube before you flare it, as if not, you'll be cutting off the flare, adding the fitting, then flaring it again. Ask me. I've done this too often! :-)

Cheers,

Bill
