continuous run unloader valve - operation of Load Genie

Can you educate me on the function, operation and installation of a unloader valve in a continuous run application?

Well Tim, the Load Genie does what the page says... " Continuous Run Unloader Control Converts any pressure switch control compressor to a constant speed unloader type. Can be applied to any 30 cfm or less electric or gas engine-driven compressor. 60 to 250 adjustable psi range preset to cut in at 95 psi and out at 115 psi. Contains: pilot valve, check valve, and suction or vent unloader valve."

Additional info from the Milton website is "A load genie is a combination un-loader and check valve. Unloads discharge manifold in either vertical or horizontal position of any compressor when compressor cycles and flow stops. Efficient,
quiet, economical and eliminates tubing/fittings of conventional pressure switch un-loader."

I have requested installation and use instructions from Milton, and will add them when I get a response.

The product seems to be redundant as far as I am concerned as air compressors typically come equipped with both unloader valves and check valves. I will provide more info when I receive it.

 description for my compressure problem

dear sir,
when the compressor start ON it run OK , then after 30 second according to the catalog instructions I press the ON Loading Button also engine and compressor run OK But when i open the air to the surrounding or when i used it in my work total system shutdown .
