compressor wont start

lost power at the shop last nite wouldn't start this morning

Hi there. Would you mind having a read of the pages linked from TROUBLESHOOTING about why air compressors won't start, and then let me know what you've checked so I don't have to advise you to do stuff you've already done?

It would be useful if you could give me your answer(s) as a comment here, so that I can follow our discussion as we try to figure out what is happening (or not happening) with your air compressor.
