Husky won't cut out
by: Bill

Samuel, what is the normal cut out pressure of your Husky compressor?

Without knowing that I cannot tell if the 150 PSI it's reaching is normal or not.

If the normal cut out pressure setting is lower than 150 PSI, and the air compressor tank pressure keeps rising past 150 PSI when the compressor is running, then it's likely still a pressure switch problem.

If the Husky normally cuts out at 160 PSI for example, and the pressure in the tank gets to and stays at 150 PSI with the compressor still running, then it's not likely a pressure switch problem at all. That being the case check out the troubleshooting page about air compressors that run but don't build pressure.
