Compressor will not turn on

First i thought it was the motor starter, i have replace the new stater, but still can't turn on, has the power in to the motor starter switch. but to the motor. what will be the cause ?

If the tank is empty (pressure is below cut in pressure setting), you have power to the plug, power through the plug to the pressure switch, and no power from the pressure switch to the motor, then it pretty much has to be the pressure switch.
