Compressor overheating - AirPack Model COMP-150-OF(screw type)

Dear Sirs
We use two AirPack compressors Model COMP-150-OF in our factory(salman project in sirri island-IOOC Company) .

Recently one of them had a problem.Its 1st and 2nd stages temperature starts rising and it reaches to alarm position.

Really,when we start this compressor,at first we hear an explosion like voice and after that the temperature of 1st and specially 2nd stage(it reaches near 230 degrees centigrade) starts rising and after that alarm.

Would you please guide us about this problem?What is the reason?
