Compressor cuts on and off and not pressure

My compressor cuts on and off with no pressure for the air pressure to work.I have a paasche d500.

Hi Lisa. Have a look at the page linked from the Pressure Switch button on the Nav bar.

If your tank pressure is below the pressure switch cut in setting, and the compressor starts and stops at that pressure level with no tank pressure increase, that points to a questionable pressure switch to me.
