compressor blowing fuse

It blows the fuse every couple weeks at different times. Compressor was recently overhauled

Bill says...David, at different times... what does that mean? When the compressor tries to start, when it reaches cut out pressure, when it's started OK but then blows the fuse mid-fill, it is very difficult to even guess what the problem can be without knowing the sequence of events.
First off, of course, if you are plugging the compressor into a socket that has a lot of other tools working from the same line, then you may be drawing too much power to other appliances when the compressor tries to run the additional load of the compressor may be enough to overcome the fuse.
Recently overhauled concerns me a bit too. What does that mean? Replacing the piston rings, for example? If they did that, that would increase the load on the motor, which would in turn draw more amperage, and blow the fuse on a circuit that was almost at overload by other appliances pulling from the same circuit.
Try plugging your compressor into a clean power source (nothing else on the line but the compressor) and see what happens.
Good luck.
