Hello Anurag. While I do get many requests for direct contact to help folks solve their compressor problems, I do not provide that service. All problem postings and potential solutions are posted on this website, for the benefit of the original poster, and others that may have the same compressor problem.

If you seek one-on-one compressor service, you will need to talk to your local service company, and yes, you will likely have to pay for that service. Information on this website is free for all.

Now, to your problem!

All oil lubricated compressors put compressor oil into compressed air tanks and lines. As a compressor gets older, the migration of oil usually increases. As oil separators wear out, or are not cleaned as recommended, more compressor lubricant oil is allowed into air line.

Compressor oil is not compatible with compressed air components, as you have correctly pointed out.

If you read the information on the Filters page, you will learn how these relatively inexpensive devices can pull free oil from the air stream.

If they do not de-oil your air lines sufficiently, then you need to look at coalescent filters. Information on these is also here on this site.

Adding filters solves the problem at the point of use. You also need to find out why so much compressor oil is getting into your compressed air, and that will likely mean a service call on your air compressors.

Cheers,

Bill
