Compair C110 overheating

We have a Compair C110, it overheats after 20 mins running. We have cleaned the coolers, changed the filters, changed the oil, replaced the thermostat valve and water pump.Cleaned the radiator. We have sent is to Deutz as well and according to them they cannot see any fault. After receiving it back from a second Compressor company- it still cut of for overheating on the Engine.

Oil pressure?
by: Roger

Anyone ever check the oil pressure? Is there a screen on the pump inlet?

You'd think someone would have already done that, although if it had been running OK, and all else being equal, wrong timing is not likely.

Please keep us updated.

Thanks.

Okay so the injectors are fine- they are actually spotless. We are now going to ask a Deutz Technician to check the timing for us?After this we dont know what else to do...

We have replaced the switch as well in November 2015. There are no leaks on the radiator. We have removed the injectors and send them to be tested.

So it's pretty warm but not extremely so.

Are you sure it is, in fact, overheating?

Perhaps the temperature sender is bad?

If you already changed it, fine, but I didn't see that in your summary of things tried. Which reminds me, did anyone pressure test the radiator system?
