Coltri MCH 6-em Compresor will not start

Coltri MCH 6-em will not start. We started it once and turned it off and then went to turn it back on again and it would not start. We replaced the fuse but it is still not starting. We checked the wiring in the electric switch box attached to the compressor. and it is all sound

Halle, I don't know anything about breathing air compressors... except, that I would suspect that reasons why one of them wouldn't start would be the same reasons why any air compressor would not start, and also except this compressor runs up to 200 bar (3000 PSI)!
