Chicago Pneumatic CPE100 won't build past 5.6 bar

In one industrial area so many compressor are there.

Recently we commission new compressor CPE100. All compressors have common receiver tank.

Initially it show 4.5 bar pressure.

When I start the compressor it was go to the load and continue running in that( 5.6 bar)pressure only.

What will be the problem? When i shut the outlet valve manually, pressure increase suddenly and loading unloading function work normally.

Strange.

Let's see if I have this right:

You have a receiver at 4.5 bar -

You turn on this new machine, it loads, pressure gets to 5.6 bar, stays loaded, but stops rising, where you expect it to go to say 8 bar.

You shut off the valve shown in the pic, and it goes to 8 bar and unloads normally.

Clearly, there is some sort of leak or pressure relief valve going off downstream of the compressor.

But I suppose you'll say other compressors work normally with this one shut down?
