champion with 12.5 HP kohler engine GASOLINE

I TURN IT ON, IT BUILTS AIR ALL THE WAY, AND IT WOULD IDLE, BUT WHEN PRESSURE GOES DOWN AND IT'S TIME TO KICKING IT WOULD STALL, AND IT WILL NOT TURN BACK ON UNLESS I LET ALL THE AIR OUT.

Sounds like it might be unloader related Belimay. While it is a compressor, this type of issue is better resolved by a mechanic, of which I am not.

Anyone have any ideas for Belimay?
