Champion 2 stage air compressor has excessive high temperature?

What would cause excessive high temperature at the discharge manifold?

I have 2 Champion 2 stage air compressors. The temperature at the high pressure discharge manifold on one of them is 100 deg higher than the other one. I have replaced all 8 valves on the unit already. Any ideas?

So hows the temp at/out of the first stage(s)?

hot discharge manifold

Both compressors are in the same indoor area. Voltage is 480 3p.for both units from the same source. The intake filters are clean. The oil is changed on schedule. It is a 30w non detergent compressor oil. I took the temperature right on the manifold on both compressors. I recently had to replace the intercooler tube from that manifold due to it cracking in half about 1/2 way through the loop. I have since replaced all 8 valves. Still running hot.

outlet temp

Are you talking the manifold itself, or outlet air temp?

Assuming they are identical machines, are they on the same power and air inlet temp? Same oil? Clean filters?a
