CFM

by DAVE SMITH
(BATH, MICHIGAN)

MODEL # 12937D OR A 12931D, I CAN'T TELL,(SCRATCHED#)
IT'S A BIG 4 CYL. 2 STAGE 10HP UNIT.
ABOUT HOW MANY CFM DOES THIS THING MAKE?

Bill says...

Dave, the rule of thumb is about 4 CFM of compressed air at about 90 PSI per HP of motor size.

It varies depending on the efficiency of the compressor, but that rule is a pretty good guide.

Cheers,

Bill
