Cfm and psi relationship with compressor ratings

If compressor can deliver 2.65 cfm at 90 psi
what cfm can be delivered at 20 psi?

Very good question. I have been unable, despite looking for years, to find a formula into which you can put the varying parameters of an air cylinder's capacity to determine how that capacity varies depending on changing factors.

If anyone out there knows of such a formula, I would be delighted to post it on this website for all to use.
